Operations Internship (Remote or In-Person)

The Operations intern is a student that is interested in the business of sports. The role includes sports
marketing, maintaining SIG’s database and website, basketball research, and other operations tasks. They
will report weekly to SIG’s Operations team to review production and goals.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
‍

- Assist in maintaining SIG’s database
- Search on a regular basis the internet for any potential Right of Publicity infringement against SIG
clients
- Research local marketing deals for SIG clients
- Free product outreach
- Assist with client servicing
- Assist in maintaining SIG’s website
- Research on recruiting and current SIG clients
- Monitor social media on a regular basis
- Create documents to prepare SIG clients for NBA workouts
- Additional tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must be a college or graduate student
- Must be eligible to receive college credit
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Must have working knowledge of social media platforms
- Assist with client servicing
- Assist in maintaining SIG’s website
- Research on recruiting and current SIG clients
- Monitor social media on a regular basis
- Create documents to prepare SIG clients for NBA workouts
- Additional tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

- Sports Related major
- Working knowledge of WNBA, NBA, NCAA (NIL)
